1. What is the approx. lead time from date of order?
This can vary from season to season but the approx. lead time is 4-6 weeks and would be subject to the product/s ordered
2. How much deposit is required?
We ask for a 50% prior to starting work
3. Who are your main suppliers?
Our main suppliers are Camden, Profile Development & Super Seal
4. What does your guarantee cover?
Our guarantee on moving parts (locks/hinges etc.) is 2 years. There is a 10 year guarantee on all coloured windows & doors.
5. Do you clean the rubbish
Yes, we do remove rubbish and waste from site. We always leave the house the way we found it– if not cleaner.
